Dragflow
Dragflow is a world leader in heavy duty slurry pumping and dredging solutions. These pumps can easily handle any liquid – from dirty water to the most difficult slurries with high concentration of solids. Dragflow pumps are the best choice for mining and dredging jobs.

- Solids handling up to 120 mm
- High performance in heavy duty conditions – Dragflow pumps ensure transportation up to 35% of dry mass (sand, gravel etc.) from total pump capacity.
- Oversized motors are designed for sludge and slurries with solid concentration up to 70% by weight and 1.6 Kg/dm3. The hydraulic drive version is also available to provide higher performance in especially harsh working conditions.
- Advanced mixing and excavating movement is created by HI-CR steel agitator cutter blades. The agitator lifts and sucks settled sediments of solids, creating a continous flow of concentrated slurry into the pump. Additional hydraulic excavators can be connected directly to the pump for extra digging support in hard-packed sand and clay.
- Low operating costs. Lower speed (rotations) ensures lower wear and long life of components. For example, model EL-150 works at amazingly low operating speed of only 650 rev/min.
- Abrasion resistance, long service life and reliability guaranteed by the rugged and heavy construction. Extra strong wear parts produced in the GS 500 castings or chrome steel alloys are resistant to highly abrasive particles and provide longer life between spare parts replacements. EL-150 weighs 3500kg, which is considerably heavier than comparable 110kW sand pumps.

- Electric pump control units
- By using gradual start-up (Soft Start) un and frequency inverter in the control of pump electric engines, it is possible to ensure highest functionality of pump’s drive start, stop and protection. This allows to run the pump at lower consumption of electric energy and extend lifecycle of the total pumping system. These functions are especially important when running the pump from power generator to preserves system electronics.
- With automatic remote control it is possible to perform following actions:
- Step-by step start of electric engine while maintaining default indicators of electrical current.
- Control of different processes where pump accessories are involved, Control of important indicators by sensors (default/set oil level, oil consumption, pressure etc.); Automatic adjustment of default parameters
- Control of the equipment status when switching to different modes – to avoid emergency situations.

All Dragflow pumps can be mounted on dregdes. Thanks to the innovative technology Dragflow dredges and dredging equipment have proven to be a reliable solution in dredging projects all over the world. Dredges consist of floating pontoons, electrical generator or hydraulic power pack, winch, ladder or telescopic beam for moving the pump in and out of the water.
